10:30AM: BREATHE: breathing techniques to fire up your neural pathways, activate your nervous system, and bring you into the present moment
11:00AM: Guided discussion by Leah: Frequency, 7 Levels of Consciousness & Mindset
Midday: KAAIAA TOTAL: 60 MINUTES: features a wide variety of breathing techniques, functional strength sequences, meditations and integrations. The complete workout!!!
1:00PM: Light lunch: provided
1:45PM: Setting of sacred space for your practice - guidelines and suggestions.
2:00PM: Guided discussion - Leah. Questions and Answers.
