Join Rachel Hunter, at The Mount Pleasant Commununity Centre on February 15: 7:30pm-9:15pm.
Rachel will lead us in a 30 minute meditative practice and then a 60 minute yoga session.
What you will need to bring:
- A yoga mat (please let me know if you do not have one)
- A cushion or yoga bolster
- A bottle of water
Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move.
Rachel will adjust her teaching according to the various levels in the room. You do not have to have practiced yoga before.
This is an amazing opportunity to practice with others from the Community.
