Namaste — A Spiritual Pilgrimage Through India
Curated by Rachel Hunter: September 22-October 3: 2026
Step into a journey that is both ancient and intimate—an immersion into the sacred heart of Northern India. Together, we will travel through Varanasi, Haridwar, and Rishikesh, three of Hinduism’s holiest cities, each holding their own rhythm, mystery, and transformative power.
A Personal Invitation from Rachel
“Join me on this year’s Spiritual Pilgrimage… to Varanasi, Haridwar, and Rishikesh. These sacred cities hold such profound energy—from the mystical pulse of Kashi to the ancient chants of Haridwar and the peaceful current of the Ganga in Rishikesh.
I’ve carefully curated this journey to offer not only ritual and connection, but space to simply be, allowing these places to unfold themselves to you in their own time.”
“Varanasi was the first city I visited in India, and it opened my heart. It is a mystical realm—intoxicating in its energy—a tapestry of rituals, revered temples, saints, sadhus, and pilgrims seeking transformation.”
“Haridwar and Rishikesh are sacred towns to melt, inspire, and sink into the Divine North. We’ll walk riverside paths, climb to temples, sit quietly in powerful spaces, and sometimes just observe. Come with openness and fluidity. The experience is yours.”

Your Journey Begins
We gather in Delhi, where our pilgrimage opens gently before we fly together to Varanasi (Kashi)—the ancient city of Lord Shiva and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on Earth. For six nights, we settle into the sacred rhythms of this extraordinary place.
Varanasi is a photographer’s dream and a spiritual seeker’s haven. At dawn, the air fills with the hum of mantras and morning rituals. From rooftop meditations to wandering the narrow lanes, from witnessing life along the ghats to observing the cremation grounds, every moment invites reflection and awe. As the sun sets, we come together for Aarti and Puja, letting the sacred fire and chanting wash over us.
From Varanasi, we journey onward to Haridwar and Rishikesh, where the Ganga flows fresh from the Himalayas. Here, we visit ancient temples, explore heritage sites, walk forest paths, sit in stillness, and experience the powerful rituals that have drawn seekers for centuries. We will visit the Beatles Ashram, take part in sacred fire ceremonies, and—if you feel called—dip into the holy river.
