■■ What is So Hum?
So Hum is a timeless, natural mantra that mirrors the breath—'So' on the inhale, 'Hum' on the exhale.
It means "I am That"—a reminder of your oneness with all life.
■ Program Structure:
Week One – Opening Ceremony:
We gather together online on Day 1 (June 7: 6:30am NZST) to learn the So Hum meditation technique, set our intentions, and create a sacred space for daily practice.
Daily Practice (Self-Guided):
You will commit to a personal 15–20 minute daily practice for 21 days,
in a space that feels sacred and nourishing.
Group Practice - led by Rachel (Two times a week - June 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 & 28 NZST ):
We meet twice a week for 45-minute guided sessions to deepen our experience and support each other. These sessions include breath awareness, mantra meditation, and gentle reflection. NB: these sessions will be recorded - so should you not be able to make the session the class will be available online for 24 hours only.
This journey is an invitation to slow down, return to your essence, and discover the stillness that always lives within you.
