Class Description:
Drop into the body during this 60 minute Yoga class guided by Renee. Experience a mixture of strength and softness with the breath being the key guide throughout practice. Weaving breath-work, asana, and meditation.
*60 minute classes start Monday April 8.
The classes can be joined from anywhere in the world - as they are conducted live on Zoom. Should you have any questions regarding what time the classes are in your time zone - please email amy@thecotour.com
Please note the following:
* The cost of the class is a per person charge - you may practice with someone else - but they must purchase to attend the class and sign off on the terms and conditions separately.
* International exchange rates may apply
* Cancellations & changes of class must be made at least 12 hours before class start time.
* You must read and agree to the terms and conditions as per those outlined - once item added to you cart. Please tick on the terms and conditions to read and check the 'I agree to the terms and conditions' in order to be able to check out. Should you not agree to the terms and conditions - you may not participate in the class.
